Lack of customer service. No follow up call. Left the service advisor my personal and work number Received an email hour later after I dropped off the car that the car was ready to be picked up . I talked to him in person the week before I mentioned that I bring in about a recall the seat belt and the airbag . Probably I wasn't clear enough today is Monday and heard from him or anyone that if I bring the car back or that to make another appointment do they order the part . Thank you Thank you

My advisor, Jessica, was great. However, when I checked my fluids a couple of days later I did not have any washer fluid and my coolant was very low. I should have been made aware of these things if it was not included in my service to top them off. So disappointed and I would not have known if my husband didn't check it because he had to replace my engine air filter, which was recommended.

My Service advisor Corwin was very helpful and courteous and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and expediate completion of my recall process.
