Quickly and easy

Everything and the personnel were just fine

it was a pleasant experience

Salesperson Abby was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. She made the buying process smooth and respectful. The sales manager interaction was average—nothing particularly positive or negative. Unfortunately, the finance experience was very disappointing. The finance representative had a dominating and condescending tone, speaking as if the customer didn’t understand basic concepts. It felt unprofessional and unnecessary. If someone dislikes their job, that should not be reflected in how they treat clients. Professionalism and respect matter, especially at the final stage of a vehicle purchase.

A lack of communication between the manager, service advisor and customer is non-existent. I had to visit the dealership in order to receive any updates on my vehicle.

As usual my experience was great. Jessica was amazing to work with!

Had scheduled an appointment but was still there for over 2 hours.

probably one of the best experience I have had in long time.because at your dealership it felt like family.they took care of business.no back in fourth playing games and taking all my time .or wasting my time.it was straight to the point. I told you what I needed and what I could do own my end it was a busy afternoon and we was the last people there after business hours.. Will our salesman to the sales manager and fiance department was all great.. I definitely be telling everyone about Friendly Chevy..
