probably one of the best experience I have had in long time.because at your dealership it felt like family.they took care of business.no back in fourth playing games and taking all my time .or wasting my time.it was straight to the point. I told you what I needed and what I could do own my end it was a busy afternoon and we was the last people there after business hours.. Mr Rey made everything smooth he knew our situation and he executed and went straight to what we wanted and him and sales manager and fiance department made everything awesome... It is my position that the dealership—ironically named Friendly Chevrolet—operated in a manner so inconsistent with fair dealing and transparency that it should more accurately be known as “Unfriendly Chevrolet.” My concerns began with the Service Department. My vehicle remained in the shop for more than thirty (30) days, yet the underlying issues were never resolved. Despite the lack of completed or effective services, I was informed that I owed an outstanding balance of approximately $700. It is unclear on what basis I could be held financially responsible for services that were neither rendered nor successful. Upon negotiating terms for the purchase of a new vehicle, my Sales Advisor, Binky, specifically represented to me that this $700 balance would be waived prior to closing. However, when I finalized my auto loan with George, the relevant financial disclosures and “finer points” of the agreement were not reviewed with me. Our discussion focused solely on the extended warranty and general services related to the new vehicle. At no point did he verbally disclose the inclusion of the $700 Service Department charge or the additional fees and costs associated with other services. These undisclosed charges were later brought to my attention not by the dealership, but by my Credit Union. When I contacted John on Monday, December 1, 2025, to obtain clarification, his response was, “Did you expect me to pay your bill?” This dismissive and unprofessional remark further underscores the dealership’s lack of transparency and disregard for customer rights. Overall, my experience with Friendly Chevrolet was deeply troubling. The conduct I encountered—particularly George’s failure to disclose material financial terms and the pressure tactics used during the transaction—reflects what I reasonably believe to be predatory lending and sales practices. Moreover, John’s behavior constituted exceptionally poor customer service. I also felt that my age played a role in the way my wife and I were treated and that the dealership attempted to take advantage of us.
