Concierge Plus+ Includes

1. 5-Year/100,000 Mile Free GM Basic Maintenance for EV’s

When you choose Concierge Plus+, you’re opting for peace of mind. This package includes up to five Free GM Basic Maintenance visits over a 5-year period or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. GM Basic Maintenance includes the following:

  • Tire Rotation
  • Multi point vehicle inspection Including :
    • Tire wear
    • Wiper blades and glass
    • Fluid levels
    • Brakes
    • Main and accessory battery condition and connections
    • And many more critical components

2. Free EV Loaner Vehicles 

Concierge+ offers complimentary electric loaner vehicles when you bring your vehicle in for service. We have the largest loaner vehicle fleet in the Metroplex. We will always try to give you a loaner vehicle that is like the one you bring in for service. Obviously, loaners are subject to availability. 

3. Lyft Pick up and Drop-off Service

We understand that your time is valuable. That’s why Concierge Plus+ offers free Lyft pickup and drop-off services. Whether you need a ride to work, home, or anywhere else, we’ve got you covered while your car is being serviced.

4. VIP Car Washes

A clean car is a happy car. With Concierge Plus+, enjoy complimentary VIP car washes that will keep your Chevrolet looking spotless and shiny.

5. Mobile Service + 

  • When you purchase a new or used qualifying GM EV vehicle from Friendly Chevrolet, you will receive our Mobile Service + package. When you schedule a Mobile Service+ appointment, you can choose from 3 options: On-site repairs at the location of your choice, such as your home or officeWe come to your home or office and do available repairs. 
  • Pickup and drop off services, where our team will bring you an EV loaner and pick up your vehicle, bring it to our dealership, repair it, and bring it back to you.
  • Complimentary use of a loaner while your vehicle is repaired in our service department

How to Qualify for Concierge Plus+

Concierge Plus+ is free to Friendly Chevrolet customers who have purchased a qualifying EV vehicle from us. Concierge Plus+ is available on all new Chevrolet vehicles sold at retail (excluding Corvette, Volt, Diesel, Fleet, or Commercial sales) and all qualified GM used vehicles (excluding Cadillac).
