Customer must present a written, dated offer (buyer's order or deal sheet) from another franchised Chevrolet dealer, issued within the past 7 days, for an identical in-stock vehicle: same model year, model, trim, drivetrain, and factory-installed options. Competing offer must include the VIN and itemized selling price. Offers are compared on selling price before tax, title, license, and dealer fees. Offers must be presented to Friendly Chevrolet before purchase. Excludes employee, supplier, fleet, and other pricing or incentives the customer does not qualify for, as well as offers that include dealer-installed accessories or add-ons not on the comparable vehicle.
