In fact many major insurance carriers have preauthorized us as a *Direct Repair Provider (DRP) which helps expedite your repair process. OEM Parts Preference. We prefer and advocate the use of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts in the repair process. However, we will work with your insurance company to find the best possible solution for your vehicle according to your policy.
