Testimonial page We would like to let you know how extremely pleased we are with Greg Smith, Bekki Daniel and your entire Service Department. We have a fleet of six vehicles that rack up about 75,000 miles a year, so they are in constant need of attention. Greg has set up a preventive maintenance schedule for us which I believe has really helped to avoid the huge "surprised" which result from neglected maintenance. In addition, whenever a vehicle requires unscheduled service because of a service light, unusual noises, etc., Greg always finds a way to squeeze us into your department's busy schedule. our vehicles are revenue- generating, so it's crucial that we keep maintenance down-time to a bare minimum. Your people understand that, and make every effort to get our vehicles serviced and back on the road as quickly as possible. Years ago, we had one of your competitors servicing our vehicles, but they made us feel like were inconveniencing them whenever we needed unscheduled work. Fortunately, Greg approached us about an entire maintenance program, and promised that Friendly Chevrolet would treat us like your No. 1 customer - and you've kept your word. You may not know it, but you're an important part of our team, and we appreciate not just the attention, but also the quality of work your department provides. I hope and expect that we will be able to continue this relationship as we grow and expand our fleet. Thanks, Susan Hassel President

When I purchased my 2005 C6 Vert in Dec 2004 the dealer, Friendly Chevrolet, Dallas, TX, said they would provide tires for the life of the car. Having 45 years of experience dealing with automotive retailers I said, OK, and thought, “What’s this catch?” A couple times over the last 3 ½ years I asked my service writer, Louis La Barbara if it was for real. He said it is as long as you get it serviced there, which I do. The only thing I have had done is a couple of oil changes for $15-20, as I bring my own Mobil 1 and AC filter. I have had several warranty claims like steering sensor and squeaky breaks but all covered under original warranty or my GMPP. Well, today was the day. I have 22,500 miles and was down to the wear bars. I went up there and said I was ready for new tires. Without another word, 4 original equipment C6, Z51 tires. That is the GY F1 Supercar EMT tires that come on the Z51 equipped Corvettes. No cheap imitations, not the less expensive GS tire, the F1 Supercar tire. I was charged $59.95 for removing and installing the 4 tires, plus $6.00 environmental fee, and .50 tax, but still $66.45 out the door for 4. I know where I am getting my C7 from...
